This site is operated by Hauz Web LTDA., registered under CNPJ 49.154.422/0001-00, headquartered at Avenida do Contorno, 5823, Belo Horizonte - MG ("Hauz Web").
This policy explains how we handle personal data on hauzweb.com, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, "LGPD").
02Data we collect
This site has no forms or user accounts. We only process:
- Data you send us by email: name, email address and the content of your message.
- Technical access data logged by our hosting provider: IP address, browser, pages visited, date and time.
03How we use it
We use this data only to answer messages and contact requests, keep the site secure and working, and meet legal obligations. We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising.
04Sharing
We use providers that process data on our behalf, such as the site's hosting service and our email provider. Some may store data outside Brazil, always with the safeguards required by the LGPD.
Data processed inside Atria, including the waitlist at useatria.app, is also covered by this policy, until Atria publishes its own.
05Cookies
We don't use advertising cookies. We only use cookies the site needs to work, such as the one that remembers your language.
06How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. After that, it is deleted or anonymised.
07Your rights
Under the LGPD, you can at any time:
- Confirm whether we process your data and access it.
- Correct incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data.
- Request anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data.
- Request portability of your data to another provider.
- Find out who we share your data with.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave.
